There are a few troubleshooting steps that can be taken if a sensor is shown as offline on the Home tab of the Wyze app. Make sure the camera that the Bridge is paired to has the latest firmware version installed. Open the Wyze app, go to the Account tab found on the bottom right. Then tap Firmware Upgrade.

One of my biggest complaints with my Wyze cams is that I have no way of accessing the cam data on my desktop. This seems like such an obvious and glaring missing feature that I don't understand why they haven't invested time into this as building it and making it a premium feature, rather than focus their energy on remote control cars and string lights.
